Well water lost and restored

Around September 20th, 2022 the well for our school went offline. This our only water source is we freely share it with our community.

We hired a reputable contractor to investigate and the diagnosis was that our borehole needed repair. He began to work and soon all 99 pipes and the submersible pump were soon out of the ground. The children and staff relied on a nearby stream for water. Using jerrycans, they relayed water to the school.

Several of our partners heard about our challenge and offered to help with the repair. We stand amazed at their generosity and at the repair made possible. Our school, staff and community are enjoying free and clean water AGAIN by September 28th,2022. We stand grateful for the technician who made the repairs, for the ways our children worked together, and that God has put us into a community, local and abroad, who support us.
