Success Stories
Nile Orphan Care is very grateful to God and those who have and continue to work hand-in-hand to support the disadvantaged children of war-torn South Sudan:
From 2011-2019
- 8 children
are able to finish their high school/secondary education - 20 children
are able to find sponsorship through churches or individuals - 7 containers
of humanitarian aid relief with over 1 million fortified meals, clothing, shoes, medical and hygiene supplies, water purification equipment, school supplies and a lot more through partnership with Love the Hungry, WaterStep and Supplies Over Seas. (since 2013) - 45 orphans were able to sit and passed South Sudan Certificate of Primary Education and are now in high school (2018)
- 43 orphans were able to sit and passed South Sudan Certificate of Primary Education and are now in high school (2019)
- Love the Hungry has initiated a clean water
system that includes the drilling of a deep borehole (126.3m deep) with solar-powered pumping station
