Development Associates International Workshop Training in Leadership: October 2019
In September 2019, Nile Orphan Care partner with Development Associates International provides 6 days’ intensive workshop training to NOC’s employees, Government officials and other individuals representing different institutions. In their model, being a servant leader, which comprise of 10 course units with emphasize on God as the author of true leadership. The units bring up topic such as:
- Oh Lord, Can I Be A leader?
- Leader, Know Thyself
- Power
- Adrift in a sea of change
- Mission and Vision
- The Right Person for the Right Job
- Motivating Individual Excellence and Fulfillment
- Developing Others
- Team Building
- Organizational Accountability
At the end of the training, all participants were enlightened and wanted to be agent of change to the world. With no exaggeration, this training is highly recommended to institutions and individuals who wish to assume a role of leadership.
