The children currently receive an education and nutritional aid on a property that is rented. For the year of 2020, we were given a one year extension for the lease of the property. Our new facility is under construction, but we still face the following needs:
18 classrooms, enough to house all of our 900+ students. We have shifted our goal from building a permanent facility to one that is temporary (10-20 year life span). This lower cost is a step of aspiration in serving the immediate need of our current generation of children who need a loving and functioning orphanage.
Tents that are waterproof and able to last in the intense South Sudan sun. These will serve as temporary housing for our students.
Prayer for our staff that daily minister to our children.
Prayer for the Christian families help with temporary foster care and accommodations.
